How the USA Visa Process Works

  1. 1. Initial Consultation

    We assess your chances of getting a US visa based on your personal situation: work, family status, travel history, and previous visas. We provide the cost, details of our services, and outline all the steps involved.

  2. 2. Visa Application

    Our specialist contacts you and starts the registration process: choosing the city for the interview (Ankara or Antalya), guiding you through the required documents, assisting with the consular fee payment, preparing the DS-160 form, and reviewing it with you. We schedule your interview preparation session at the US Embassy (by call with us, 60–90 minutes, in English or Turkish).

  3. 3. Interview

    If needed, we help plan your route to the embassy and the city where the interview will take place. We stay in touch until your visa is issued. In case of refusal (approval cannot be guaranteed), we provide advice on possible next steps. According to our statistics, 9 out of 10 clients get approval on their first attempt!

  4. 4. Preparing for Entry to the US

    We advise on documents you may be asked for at the border, whether hotel reservations are needed, how to prepare for entry, and what to say to the border officer.
